KEYSPAN USA-28X B USB to twin DIN-8 Macintosh serial port adapter. This allows serial printers and other Mac compatible serial devices to be connected to newer Macs with USB. Mac OS 9 and Mac OS X drivers can be downloaded from macintoshrepository.org.
Used but in excellent condition for it's age. Any cosmetic blemishes will be minor.
